  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and eco-friendly inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
